When it comes to core deposit and rebuild options, Pure Turbo provides a streamlined process. When you send your cores to Pure, either for a rebuild or to receive a refund of the core deposit, simply email the tracking number for your core shipment to support@x-ph.com. However, please note that not all Pure Turbos are eligible for rebuild or core deposit. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is always available to assist you.
If you choose to pay the core deposit, rest assured that Pure Turbo will begin building your turbo kit immediately. Once you receive your new turbo kit, you can send back your OEM core, and the core deposit will be refunded to you promptly upon receipt and processing. However, failure to return the old cores will result in the forfeiture of the core deposit.
For those who opt not to pay the core deposit upfront, please send in your cores after purchasing. Pure Turbo will commence work on your new turbos upon receiving the old cores. It's important to note that Pure Turbo will not begin working on your order until the old cores are received if the core deposit is not paid.
Order processing and shipping typically take 2-3 weeks, although some orders may experience longer wait times due to high demand. In the event of order cancellation before 8 weeks, a 5% nonrefundable merchant fee may apply. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applicable in rare instances.
To ensure a smooth return process for turbo cores, please send them directly to Pure Turbo and NOT Extreme Power House. Use the following address: Pure Turbo XPH your order number 3225 Production Ave Oceanside, CA 92058. Cores must be received within 60 days to qualify for a full refund of the core deposit. Kindly allow 2 weeks from the date of core return delivery before requesting an update on your refund status.
Upon receiving your cores, Pure Turbo will conduct a thorough inspection. Please note that any returned item with physical damage, such as bent or broken components, damaged housing, locked-up or frozen components, or missing/damaged wastegate (if applicable), will result in the denial of return credit or refund. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
