Terms and Conditions

Shipping: Shipping is free within the continental U.S. for the overwhelming majority of products we offer. A few select products on our website have disclaimers in the product description, regarding being invoiced for flat-rate shipping costs after you submit your order. A few other products have a drop-down menu on the product page that asks you to select your region, so that are you charged appropriately for the cost of shipping, before you submit your order. If you are unwilling to pay the additional shipping costs when we reach out to you, or if you do not select the appropriate drop-down menu for you region, we will not be able to ship your order, and any refund will be subject to the 5% nonrefundable merchant fee. Orders may be shipped in separate shipments and from different locations. Some packages require signatures, while others do not. Once provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the tracking information for the package to determine whether a signature is required. The customer is responsible for receiving the package. Extreme Power House is not liable for packages stolen from in front of a delivery address. If you would like signature requirements for your shipments, please make sure to put the request in the comment section when checking out.

**Same Day Shipping:

If the item is shipping from us direct, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours (1 business day). Most orders fulfilled at our warehouse will ship the same business day. If the item is being drop shipped from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee a tracking number within 24 hours (1 business day).

**Expedited Shipping:

If an item is being drop shipped, we cannot guarantee the 24 hour (1 business day) processing time. A purchase of expedited shipping at checkout means that once item is ready to ship, it will ship using the upgraded shipping method. Some manufacturers require 3-5 days to process orders. Purchasing expedited shipping may speed up the processing time of your order, but we cannot make any guarantees in relation to faster processing time on the manufacturer’s end.

**Lost Packages:

Most of our standard shipping methods DO NOT require signature upon delivery. If no one is at the shipping address to receive the package from the shipping company, the shipping company will leave the package in front of the customer's door. Tracking numbers are provided with all packages and estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier with all tracking numbers. The customer is responsible for planning to be at the shipping address at the time of package delivery. Extreme Power House is not liable for stolen or lost packages due to the customer not being at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Extreme Power House is not liable for delays on the shipping carrier’s end due to extreme weather conditions, current events, or any other reason.

***Insurance:

All customers have the option to purchase insurance from our store at checkout. If insurance is purchased with the order, Extreme Power House will replace items confirmed to be lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. An investigation with the carrier may need to be opened before the replacement can be sent. The purchase of shipping insurance only covers packages that are confirmed damaged, lost, or misdelivered by the carrier. Examples include: the product being damaged during transit; the tracking number not updating for several days; or the carrier confirming they delivered the package to the wrong house/address. Shipping insurance does not cover stolen packages, as it is the customer’s responsibility to be home at the time of delivery if tracking is provided. If the insured item is damaged, the damaged item will need to be retrieved by XPH before a replacement can be sent. If an insured order’s tracking number indicates the package has been picked up by the carrier, but has not shown movement for 5 days, the replacement will be sent without further investigation. If the replacement item is backordered and the customer does not wish to wait, the insured order may be eligible for a store credit, at Extreme Power House's discretion. Once an insured order has shipped, the cost of the shipping insurance will not be refundable in any circumstance. If the customer does not purchase insurance when offered at checkout, the customer accepts full responsibility for any lost or damaged items. The customer will be responsible for all communications with the shipping carrier, if the order is uninsured and shows to have been signed for by the customer or delivered to the mailbox. If a claim is paid out by the shipping company for a lost or damaged item on an uninsured order, the customer may receive the exact dollar amount the shipping company offers as a refund.

***Order Comments:

If the customer leaves a comment or request for our staff on the order while placing it (examples include, but are not limited to: fitment verification, specific package delivery location, etc.) we will attend to your request before processing the order. If you ask that your package be left in a certain location, we will submit the request to the shipping carrier, but cannot guarantee the shipping carrier will fulfill your request. Extreme Power House is not liable if the driver does not deliver the package to the specific location that you requested (e.g. side door, front porch, back door, etc.). We strongly encourage you to call us at 725-221-5267 if you have a special request related to delivery or if you wish to make changes to your order.

Tracking Packages:

We offer real-time tracking! As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated date of arrival. For more information, please send an email to mike@x-ph.com. If you do not receive any tracking information from us within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find a tracking number or email from our Support Team or Status Team with an update on your order, please call us at 725-221-1595 for an update. We want to ensure that you receive the tracking number, so that you can track your package and avoid package theft.

Expedited Shipping:

For expedited shipping, please send us an email before you make an order or as soon as you complete your order, or preferably, call into our Support line at 725-221-1595.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping! Please send an email to mike@x-ph.com for a shipping quote. It is 100% the customer's responsibility to be knowledgeable of the laws and customs regulations of the country products are being shipped to. Extreme Power House is not liable in any shape or form if product is not legal in any country outside of the U.S. If you submit a cancellation request for your order after placing it because you learned the product is not legal in your country, or because you learned that you will need to pay customs fees in order to retrieve your package, your refund will be subject to the 5% nonrefundable merchant fee and any restocking fees associated with that product. If a product shipped internationally is returned for ANY reason, the customer is fully responsible for all extraneous shipping fees. Extreme Power House is not liable for any extraneous shipping fees for packages returned back to the U.S.

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Extreme Power House reserves the right to correct any errors regarding pricing. We do our best to ensure pricing is up to date for all products, and most orders that have been undercharged will be processed without the customer’s knowledge. In other circumstances, we may choose to reach out to the customer, inform on the pricing discrepancy, and request additional payment to proceed with the order. If we choose to request additional payment, the customer is eligible for a full refund, should they choose not to submit additional payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and may choose to cancel any undercharged order, instead of contacting the customer for additional payment.

Damaged Items:

Please inspect all contents of your package as soon as you receive it and let us know immediately if your package is damaged by contacting 725-221-1595 or support@x-ph.com. Customers must contact Extreme Power House within 3 days of receiving the package if the package or product has incurred any damage. The customer is required to provide pictures of the damaged item showing the damages and pictures of the package that the item was shipped in

Vehicle Fitment:

We do our best to make it clear which product fits which vehicle, but if you do not reach out to us before ordering to confirm fitment for your vehicle, we are not responsible if a part does not fit. Some brands do not fit well with other brands. The customer is responsible for checking brand fitment independently or contacting us before ordering to verify fitment and compatibility. We are happy to resolve any cases of product defects or fitment issues for you directly with the manufacturer. We will facilitate communication between the customer and the manufacturer, unless the manufacturer requests that the customer reach out to them directly. We recommend that all parts sold by Extreme Power House be installed by professional and reputable installation shops. Some parts may not be eligible for a full refund if the customer does not provide photo evidence showing that the parts do not properly fit. Examples of these parts include (but are not limited to) body kits (bumpers, spoilers, front lips, side skirts, etc.). If photo evidence from a reputable installation shop is provided, showing that the part does not fit, Extreme Power House or the manufacturer will provide a prepaid return label so that the parts can be returned for a full refund. Additional testing upon our receiving the part may be required. If the customer does not wish to provide photo evidence showing the parts do not fit, we are sometimes able to take the part back for a partial refund, if it is undamaged. Deductions from the order total in these instances would include a 5% nonrefundable merchant fee (if customer paid with credit/debit card or PayPal) and the cost of original shipping. Manufacturer restocking fees may be applicable.

Air Intake and CEL Code:

Some air intakes will trigger a CEL code if not used with a tune. Sometimes, disconnecting MAF sensor is necessary. If you have any pre-sale question regarding which intakes will require a tune, or any other general questions related to intake installs, please contact us. Terms and conditions for returning an intake: 1- Return is valid only if the intake delivered less than 30 days from the date of the initial return request. 2- Intake MUST be in brand new condition. 3- 20% restocking fee is applicable to all intake returns. Pictures: We do our best to provide actual pictures of the product being shipped on our website, but please be aware that some pictures are generic. In rare cases, pictures may be outdated. If you have any concerns, please contact us before you make any purchase.

Return Policy:

• Custom orders are not eligible for returns

• Used products are not eligible for returns unless the item is defective (check warranty policy below)

• No return requests will be accepted after the 30 days return period. Day 1 of 30 begins when the item is delivered. Returns must be postmarked and dropped off with the shipping carrier within 5 business days of receiving proper return authorization from XPH.

• Returned products must be brand new, without any install marks, with all the original hardware and packaging.

• A 20% restocking fee + 5% merchant fee will be applied on approved returns. The customer is responsible for covering original and return shipping fees Please email us at support@x-ph.com to start your return request.

Warranty policy:

• All warranty claims are handled by XPH with the manufacturer directly. Original manufacturer warranty policy is applicable to items purchased on x-ph.com

• The customer must provide pictures and/or explanation of the defect

• The manufacturer makes the final decision on warranty claims

• The customer has the option to send the item back for testing. If it’s found to be defective, Extreme Power House will reimburse the customer for the price paid for the item and any shipping fees

• If the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

Cancellations policy:

• If you used a credit/debit card or PayPal to place an order and decide to cancel or return your order for any reason, the 5% merchant fee may not be refunded, at Extreme Power House's discretion.

• Some manufacturers can take up to 7 business days to ship out orders.

• If your order takes more than 7 business days to ship, you will not be charged a 5% fee for cancelling unless the brand of the item is listed as a custom-built brand within our terms and conditions, or unless the ETA or average lead time is visible on the product page at the time of ordering and you are cancelling outside of that ETA/lead time.

Methods of Payment:

We accept payments directly on our website using PayPal Checkout, Affirm, and by credit cards and debit cards. We also accept payments over the phone by credit card and debit card. To make a payment over the phone, please call 702-494-9435. All refunds MUST go back to the original payment method (or store credit, at Extreme Power House's discretion). We do not accept checks.

Custom Parts:

We aim to ship all in-stock products within 24 business hours of order completion. This does not include any custom-built or built-to-order parts. Expect a turnaround time of 4 - 8 weeks on all custom-built parts. If you unsure if the part you are interested in is a stocked item or custom-built, please contact mike@x-ph.com before making a purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to double-check if a custom part is in stock before making a purchase. Returns are not allowed on any custom-built product. Common brands that are often custom-built include (but are not limited to) Dinmann, Forgestar, Fabspeed, PURE Turbos, Vargas Turbos, Big Boost Turbos, Comp Turbos, Armytrix, Frequency Intelligence & Evolution Racewerks downpipes with EGT bungs or 02 sensors. A 10-30% restocking fee (dependent on brand) and a 5% nonrefundable credit card/PayPal fee may be applicable to reimbursements, especially if an order is cancelled before the 8-week mark has passed.

Price Match Guarantee:

In order to be eligible for our price-matching offer, a link of the competing offer in question must be provided. The $25 store credit is not applicable to the purchase of the product being price-matched. This offer excludes listings on Amazon and eBay, or websites similar to eBay. Our price match guarantee is not valid for OEM parts. If the competitor's website charges shipping costs and we do not, we will ask you for a screenshot of your shopping cart on the competitor's website with the shipping costs calculated to your address. Exclusions include but are not limited to Burger Tuning and Evolution Racewerks products. **We have the right to refuse to honor the price match guarantee for any reason.

Custom LED Headlights:

Extreme Power House will warranty any defects on headlights for a full year. We strongly advise that customers purchase shipping insurance for headlight orders. We are not liable for any damages to the headlights caused by poor item handling and / or shipping. Since headlights are custom-built, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We are not liable if the customer does not like the new headlights and decide they no longer want them. We warranty defective headlights only. We will not warranty any headlight taken apart, worked on or modified by the customer or any third party.

Coupon Codes:

Coupon codes are not valid on the following brands: Burger Tuning/BMS, AWE Tuning, Kratos, MST, bm3/bootmod3 and CSF. If you have any questions about our coupon codes, please contact us.

Orders:

All orders will be reviewed and processed before shipping. If an order does not comply with our terms and conditions, it will be cancelled and the funds for the order will be refunded to the buyer, subject to a 5% nonrefundable merchant fee. If your order is declined by our fraud detection system, the bank will return your funds within 5-10 business days of the order being declined. When you place an order with Extreme Power House, whether it be direct on the website or through any of our channels (phone, Facebook, Ebay, PayPal invoice, etc.) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Cancellations

If you used a credit/debit card or PayPal to place an order and decide to cancel or return your order for any reason, the 5% merchant fee may not be refunded, at Extreme Power House's discretion. Be aware that sending the email before the item ships out does not automatically guarantee that your order will be cancelled on time. We will always try our best to stop the order before it ships out, but doing so is not always possible. If the item ships before we are able to cancel the order, the customer may be responsible for covering the cost of original shipping, as well as the 5% nonrefundable merchant fee and any manufacturer restocking fees, if the customer wishes to return the item upon receiving it. Shipping is free within the U.S. for the majority of products that we offer. If there is a drop-down menu on the product page requiring you to select a flat rate shipping fee (based on your region – outside of the U.S. or within the U.S.), you must select the appropriate selection from the drop-down menu. If you do not select the appropriate selection, we will contact you and give you the option to either pay the shipping fee or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel, and you paid with credit/debit card or PayPal, your refund may be subject to a 5% nonrefundable merchant fee. Emission: Before making any purchase from Extreme Power House you are agreeing with emission waiver stated below: I am purchasing products from Extreme Power House LLC with the intention of using these products for Racing Competition Only. I understand that some or all of these parts may not comply with Federal, State, Province, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. I take responsibility to ensure that any modifications or upgrades that I have done to my vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. I acknowledge Extreme Power House LLC has made me aware that certain parts are intended for Racing Competition Only and not meant to be used on a road car. I absolve Extreme Power House for any and all burden of responsibility in ensuring my car satisfies regulations set forth by Federal, State, and/or Local governing agencies. This waiver of compliance shall be in force for all past, current, and future purchases from Extreme Power House LLC.

Downpipes:

All downpipes sold by Extreme Power House are not emission legal. Extreme Power House sells downpipes for competitive racing only. Downpipes offered by Extreme Power House are not meant for street use. The customer is 100% responsible to check state and federal laws before purchasing any aftermarket product. Downpipes High flow are not legal for use (race or street) in California. By agreeing to Extreme Power House terms and conditions, you pledge not to use aftermarket downpipes anywhere in CA under any conditions. Extreme Power House is not liable in any shape or form if product is not legal in your area. If you submit a cancellation request for your order after placing it because you learned the product is not legal in your area, your refund will be subject to the 5% nonrefundable merchant fee and any restocking fees associated with that product.

Evolution Racewerks Custom Downpipes:

All Evolution Racewerks downpipes that includes EGT bung or an extra O2 sensors are custom built. Custom built orders CANNOT be cancelled or refunded once fabrication process starts. This applies to custom ER downpipes only. Standard ER downpipe orders can be cancelled at anytime, as long as product has not shipped yet.

Milltek:

Milltek exhausts are shipped from the UK. On average it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive to the US, but in some cases it takes more time. Please check with us before placing an order. Milltek orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Right Hand Drive Cars:

If your car is RHD, please contact one of our sales reps before placing an order. Unless specified otherwise by the customer, we ship our parts as LHD compatible only.

Extreme Powerhouse is not responsible for any malfunctions, injuries, or damages caused by products purchased from us. We are not responsible for damages the customer and/or driver of the vehicle may cause while in possession of any these products (ex: car accident). By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to use our products at your own risk and take full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by any product purchased from us.

FI & Armytrix Exhausts:

Frequency Intelligent & Armytrix exhausts are sent direct from the manufacturer to customer, unless stated otherwise. Since the manufacturer is outside the U.S., there may be a customs fee that the customer is responsible for upon receiving the item. These exhausts are custom orders and take 3-4 weeks (up to 8 weeks) to be delivered and cannot be cancelled once order has been processed.

Forgestar Wheels:

Some Forgestar wheels are custom built. In these cases, the average wait time is 4-6 weeks. Wait times can be extended up to 8 weeks or longer. Please contact us when placing the order to check whether your Forgestar order is readily available for shipment or custom built. If you place an order with us and it must be custom ordered, we will contact you for your approval to proceed with the order.

Fabspeed:

Fabspeed items are built to order. Normal lead times are up to 2 weeks, but can take longer. Please contact us for the current average lead time before placing an order.

KW & ST Suspensions:

KW & ST Suspensions charge a $95 non-refundable charge on every order. The core charge is included in our website price. The $95 charge is non-refundable on returns. Click here for our privacy notice

Extreme Power has the right to refuse or cancel any order or return/exchange for any reason.

**Some restrictions may apply towards the $25 store credit or any other advertised coupon code. Please contact our sales representatives before making a purchase.
